The company was established in February 2003, 65438+. The former Securities Department of Harbin International Trust and Investment Corporation, Harbin Securities Exchange Center and Harbin Financial Securities Company were merged. The business scope of the company includes securities brokerage, securities self-management, securities investment fund consignment, securities investment consulting and securities underwriting. The company has 42 business outlets, mainly distributed in Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Dalian, Jinan, Xiamen, Qiqihar, Daqing, Yichun, Jiamusi, Qitaihe, Jixi, Hegang, Shuangyashan, Mudanjiang, Suihua and Heihe. In 2007, jianghai securities was rated as a B-class and BB-class brokerage by the CSRC, and in July 2008, it went to a new level on this basis and was rated as a BBB-class brokerage. Three: the internship environment

During my internship, I worked in jianghai securities Hong Jun Street Sales Department, mainly engaged in securities brokerage, securities self-management, securities investment fund consignment, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting and other businesses. I was assigned to work in a group in this department, which has 1 manager, 1 supervisor and 3 team leaders.

Fourth, the internship process

(1) understanding process

At first, when I first entered the sales department, everything in the sales department was strange to me. Although the working environment in the sales department is quite good, the scenes presented in front of me are confusing and I will soon work here. On the first day I started working, the team leader assigned me work tasks. The task assigned to me is just to follow the analyst to the bank and learn the working methods of securities analysts. On the first day of internship, my first job touched the society and I experienced the feeling of working in the society for the first time. Familiar with the work of securities companies while working.

As a student who works in the society for the first time, he is very strange to all aspects of society and work unit. At first, I didn't know much about the rules and regulations, operating procedures and related matters needing attention of the business department, so I read the employee handbook sent to us by the internship unit and asked the employees and colleagues of the group about the work. Through their help, I learned something about securities companies, stocks and securities.

(2) groping process

After getting familiar with the environment in the company, I began to feel a little nervous and gradually calmed down. During my work, I go to the company for internship on time every day. Before going to work, I went to the designated place to wait for the team leader to convene a meeting of employees, emphasize the relevant matters in the work and assign us work tasks. After defining the work tasks, you should do some preparatory work before work. Each post shall operate normally according to the operating procedures in the employee's work instruction. In addition, there will be many unsatisfactory places in the work. When the above situation occurs, you should inform the team leader in time and ask them to help solve the problem. The team leader can make the work return to normal through our guidance and meet the requirements of customers.

Some jobs are more difficult during work. It was really difficult to do at first, and the work efficiency was not high. I was very upset, so I communicated with my colleagues in the group and asked them for methods and skills. Using the methods and skills they introduced, I slowly learned to do this difficult work and realized the effect from it. At the same time, choosing a suitable working method in the work is also conducive to improving work efficiency. In the usual work process, we should also constantly explore effective working methods and skills. If you don't understand, learn from employees and colleagues, ask them for correct ideas, and ask the supervisor to work according to the requirements provided by the supervisor.

(3) Practical operation

After studying hard, I have a more detailed understanding and familiarity with the whole work flow of securities companies. I am familiar with some common problems and my work efficiency is constantly improving. During my work, I will obey the arrangement of the team leader, accept the tasks assigned by the team leader, and do my homework carefully in my own work area. When there are some small problems and difficulties, try to solve them first. When the problems are big and difficult to solve, report the situation to the team leader and ask for help. With their help, the problems that appeared were quickly solved, and I sometimes learned to use their methods and skills to deal with some simple problems, and gradually improved my ability to solve and deal with problems. In the process of solving problems, we also constantly explore ways to solve interpersonal communication. In this way, my self-confidence in my work has been continuously enhanced, and my enthusiasm for work has also been improved.

During the internship, I have a complete understanding and familiarity with the whole operation process of the internship unit. Although the internship has nothing to do with my major, I have broadened my knowledge and learned a lot of knowledge outside school, even things that are difficult to learn at school.

During my internship, I realized the difficulty of getting books after work. I have to get up early for work every day and feel very tired. It's hard to have the energy to settle down and read. This makes people cherish their time at school more.

In this summer internship, I learned how to use the methods and skills I have learned to solve simple problems and how to get along with employees and colleagues effectively. Accumulated experience and methods to deal with interpersonal problems. At the same time, I experienced the hardships of social work. Through practice, I have honed myself in the society, exercised my willpower, exercised my hands-on operation ability and improved my practical skills. I have accumulated simple social work experience and laid a little foundation for future work.

In today's society, the employment problem always seems to revolve around us and become an endless topic. The poster of the job fair always says "experience first", but how much social experience will our students have on campus? In order to broaden one's knowledge, expand contact with society, increase one's experience in social competition, exercise and improve one's ability, make oneself really step into the society after graduation, adapt to the changes of domestic and international economic situation, and handle various problems in life and work well. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can come in handy. Learn without practicing, then what you have learned is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay a foundation for finding a job in the future. Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn at school. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and the things you learn from it are naturally different. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning.

In this internship, one of the most touching things is interpersonal communication. Everyone knows that interpersonal communication in society is very complicated. Everyone comes together for work, and everyone has his own thoughts and personality. It takes a lot of skills to deal with these, depending on how to deal with them. What I want to say is that since we can't change something in communication, we must learn to adapt to it. If not, we must change the way of adaptation. I have mastered a lot in this social practice. The most important thing is that I have made great progress in dealing with people and how to deal with interpersonal relationships. At the same time, in this practice, I deeply realize that we must work diligently, ponder slowly, and constantly learn and accumulate. When you encounter something you don't understand, you should try your best to solve it yourself. If not, you can humbly ask others. People who have no self-study ability will be eliminated by enterprises and society sooner or later.
