What are the approximate channels for obtaining system integration project managers?

There are two ways to obtain a system integration project manager:

1: After passing the soft exam, submit it to the local competent authority with the soft exam certificate (or transcript) and corresponding performance Just apply, and it will take about 1 to 2 months for the results to come out.

2: To recruit external project managers who have successfully applied for the soft exam certificate, go directly to the local competent department with the project manager certificate and other relevant materials to complete the procedures. This time will take about a month. The result (my company uses this method to recruit project managers in the IT construction talent network).
