All Chinese citizens who are over 18 years old, in good health, of good character, with a junior high school education or above, and who do not fall under the circumstances stipulated in Article 17 of the Regulations can register to take the exam. Applicants who pass the examination will be issued a security guard certificate by the public security organ before they can engage in security service work.

The police remind that those who participate in this exam need to go to the designated location of the local police station to register by themselves or their security practitioners, and pay the exam fee in accordance with relevant national regulations. In addition to submitting the original and copy of their ID card, applicants are also required to submit a diploma and copy of a junior high school education or above, and a physical examination certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level.

At the same time, the police will also register all security companies. Among them, the filing time for the Shunde area ends on July 31 this year. It is reported that units that recruit security guards by themselves should register with the local public security police station within 30 days from the date of starting security services. When filing, they need to provide proof of legal person qualifications, the ID cards of the legal person in charge, the person in charge, and the security guard certificate of the hired security guard. and copies and other related materials. If the person fails to register or revoke the registration in accordance with the regulations, or recruits personnel who do not meet the provisions of these regulations as security guards, he will be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and given a warning in accordance with the regulations; if the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than RMB 10,000 but not more than RMB 50,000 will be imposed.
