Why do people still flock to it? The author believes that there are mainly the following reasons:

Builders have been dealing with migrant workers for a long time, and what they contact is nothing more than reinforced concrete. On the other hand, Party A's engineers, such as marketing, development, engineering, government agencies, etc., must have contacts, so the social circle is naturally different. Over time, Party A's engineers are more management-oriented, while construction workers are gradually confined to technical schools.

However, not all builders want to be Party A. Party A has many attractions, but at the same time it is worried and tired. Site builders have unique freedom, and too many site workers can't let go of this freedom. It may be better to live away from the construction site, but that unruly and freedom can only be remembered forever!
