Teenagers are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. Strengthening the ideological and political education of teenagers and improving their ideological and political quality is a long-term and complicated work, a future project and a bright project. In 2004, Haixingtuan County Committee carried forward the spirit of innovation and strived to improve the level of this work. First, explore new ways to improve the pertinence of ideological and political education for teenagers. Pay attention to the combination of teenagers' ideological and political education with other work, integrate education into activities, attract teenagers' physical and mental progress with rich and novel activities, and constantly get rid of the "positive preaching" education method. Xiaoshan Township organized 1000 primary and middle school students and some rural youths to carry out afforestation activities with the theme of "Let's be useful together", which realized the combination of ideological and political education for young people and green hope project. Focusing on the things around teenagers, we pay attention to excavating the advanced figures and deeds among teenagers, and add new content to the ideological and political education of teenagers. In primary and secondary schools in the county, we organized activities to learn the advanced deeds of excellent league member Kou Beiyuan, encouraging them to learn and carry forward the heroic spirit of being brave while enhancing their awareness of self-protection. The second is to create new carriers and enhance the long-term effectiveness of ideological and political education for teenagers. In 2004, on the basis of consolidating and expanding the original position of youth activities, we actively adapted to the development of the situation and began to explore and pilot new carriers of ideological and political education for young people in schools and communities where young people are concentrated and active. A live broadcast station of campus spiritual civilization has been set up in the Youth League Committee of Haixing Middle School, which is regarded as an effective carrier to promote the youth of the whole school to raise their awareness of spiritual civilization and establish their lofty ideals. By the end of early June, 5438+February, 2004, the live broadcast station * * * had broadcast 20 issues, covering 30 advanced deeds on campus and 28 others, which played a great guiding role in the study and progress of League members. The third is to cultivate new forces and expand the ranks of young ideological and political educators. Vigorously strengthen grassroots team building. On the basis of selecting qualified counselors for the Young Pioneers at all levels in the county, with the goal of expanding the scope of ideological and political education for young people and enhancing its effectiveness, seven veteran cadres with rich experience and enthusiasm for youth education, such as Zhang Xianchi and Zhang Fengming, were hired as off-campus counselors in some township primary schools, nine comrades in the county procuratorate, and nine middle schools, such as County No.2 Middle School, Haizhong Middle School and Xinji Town Middle School, were hired by the county judicial bureau and other political and legal units as off-campus legal counselors. In 2004, we also made great efforts to play the residual heat of the five old teams, and organized the five old teams to pair with vulnerable youth groups 13 pairs. According to preliminary statistics, at present, there are more than 400 full-time and part-time young ideological and political educators under the guidance of Haixing County League Organization. They struggle in villages and towns, work in schools and work in communities, and their footprints basically cover the areas where young people in the county have set foot.
