(3) Examination methods
The examination consists of two parts: written examination and interview. Total score 100, in which written test scores and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score.
1. written test
The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, and the paper score is 100. The content of the written test is Shen Lun. The passing line of written test is 60 points.

2. Qualification examination
All candidates who enter the interview will be re-examined by the recruiting unit, and the specific time and place of the interview will be announced on Siming Human Resources Network.

According to the ratio of 1: 3 candidates to be hired, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score; Less than 1: 3 is determined according to the actual number of people. If you enter the interview according to the ratio of the number of people to be employed in this position 1: 1, the score of passing the interview shall not be less than 70 points.
4. Comprehensive total score
Comprehensive total score 100. The written test and interview scores are multiplied by 50% and then added together to convert them into comprehensive total scores. The qualified line of comprehensive total score is 60 points.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
1. The candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined from the qualified personnel of the comprehensive total score according to the ranking order and the proportion of the number of people to be recruited for this position 1: 1. If the overall score is the same, those with higher interview scores will enter the physical examination and assessment; If the interview results are the same, interview again.
2. Physical examination. Participants need to bring their ID card and admission ticket to the designated hospital for centralized physical examination. Physical examination personnel should take part in the physical examination on time, and those who do not take part in the physical examination on time are deemed to have given up their medical examination qualifications.
The results of the physical examination shall be notified to the candidates by the recruiting unit. Candidates or recruiting units may apply for re-examination within one week if they are in doubt after learning the medical examination results. The competent department of the recruiting unit will designate another hospital for re-examination, and the re-examination results shall prevail. Those who go to other medical units for physical examination on their own will be invalid.
The physical examination of this recruitment is carried out in accordance with the requirements of General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Notice on Revising General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 19).
3. evaluation. For applicants who pass the physical examination, the recruiting unit will assess their political ideology, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance, and whether they need to be avoided, and re-examine the qualifications of candidates.
4. Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive total score (only once). If the applicants give up the medical examination qualification, or the candidates who have passed the medical examination and assessment quit or are disqualified for some reason, the recruiting unit will comprehensively consider the written examination and interview situation and decide whether to make up for it.
(5) Handling employment procedures.
According to the requirements of the post and the results of examination, physical examination and political examination, the list of candidates to be hired is selected and publicized on Siming Human Resources Network for 5 days.
If the publicity results do not affect the employment, a labor contract shall be signed with the district labor dispatch company according to the Labor Contract Law, and a probation period shall be implemented according to the regulations.
