Second, the job responsibilities
Responsible for accepting calls from 7 1580 service enterprise hotline and making work orders according to the needs of calling enterprises; Pay a telephone call back to the complaint enterprises, feedback the acceptance of relevant member units, and investigate the satisfaction of the complaint enterprises with the processing results; Conduct regular telephone interviews with enterprises to understand their needs; Complete other assigned tasks.
Third, the recruitment conditions
1. Good conduct;
2. Under the age of 35 (1 9761kloc-0/born after October1) and in good health;
3. Full-time college degree or above, with economics, business administration, Chinese, secretarial and other related majors is preferred;
4, national or provincial computer level 2 or above, English level 4 or above is preferred;
5. Fluent in standard Mandarin, familiar with Wuxi local dialect and strong communication skills;
6. Working experience is preferred.
Four. Registration time and place

V examinations and employment
(1) related test. 1, Putonghua test (50 points). 2, Wuxi dialect listening test (20 points). 3, computer text entry test (30 points). The test scores are determined according to the total scores from high to low, and the interviewees are determined according to the recruitment position plan 1: 3.
(2) interview. The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive qualities in language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, sense of responsibility and dedication, adaptability and appearance temperament.
After the interview, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of candidates' test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively.
(3) physical examination. According to the recruitment position plan of 1: 1, the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score. The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the relevant standards for the employment of government agencies and institutions, and the location of the physical examination shall be notified separately.
(4) evaluation. Assess candidates' political ideology, moral quality and realistic performance. If there are vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and assessment, they will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score.
Sixth, publicity.
Candidates who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be publicized on the website for 3 days and accepted by all sectors of society.

Eight. Treatment and management of employed personnel
The employed personnel are managed by contract system, and the probation period is 1 month. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will sign a labor contract with Wuxi Xishan Chengxin Labor Dispatching Co., Ltd., and their wages and benefits will be implemented according to the relevant regulations on labor dispatch of district-level organs and institutions in Xishan District, and pay social insurance according to regulations.
