What is the principle of water transfer printing?
The principle is: the specially treated polymer film is printed with lines and then placed flat on the transfer machine. Using the principle of water pressure, the colored lines are evenly transferred to the surface of the product. After cleaning and drying, the protective paint is applied to show a brand-new visual effect.
The biggest advantage of water transfer printing technology is that it can form a seamless layer of simulated natural or other required grain colors on products with complex concave and convex shapes. It is a new type of extension technology developed to solve the complex modeling and dead angle problems that ordinary traditional printing processes such as thermal transfer printing, pad printing, screen printing and surface painting can't overcome. Its bonding effect is not affected by the material of the product, so the added value of the product can be obviously improved.
Water transfer printing is actually an assembly line printing process.
It requires the following four devices to complete. They are:
1. Film coating equipment
2. Fuel injection equipment
3. Water washing equipment
4. Drying equipment
