According to the "Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions" (Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Beijing" (Jingren She Zhuoji Fa [2010] No. 102) In order to ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of this recruitment work, the announcement is as follows:

1. Recruitment principles and methods

< p>The open recruitment work adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, implements the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, and adopts a method that combines examinations (including written tests and interviews) and assessments to select the best candidates.

II. Recruitment plan

This recruitment *** involves 13 positions in 10 departments (see attachment 1 for details).

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Abide by the constitution and laws, and have good conduct;

IV. Recruitment Procedures

Recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, online registration, examination, assessment, physical examination, public announcement and employment.

(1) Announcement

Publish recruitment information through the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website ().

(2) Registration

This recruitment adopts online registration. From the date of announcement, please send the registration form (Attachment 2) to the designated email address before March 13 : rshch@sina.com. Expired applications will be deemed invalid. The uniform format of the email name must be "application department name + application position name + name". On-site registration will not be accepted.

(3) Preliminary review of materials

Conduct a preliminary review of application materials for applicants.

(4) Examination

1. The examination format is divided into written examination and interview.

2. Written test

(1) Determine the list of candidates for the written test based on the preliminary qualification review.

The written test will be based on a 100-point system.

The specific exam time and location will be notified by phone 2 working days before the exam, please keep your contact information open.

(2) The written examination is conducted in a closed-book format, and the content mainly covers the comprehensive knowledge and business knowledge required for the corresponding position.

3. Interview

(1) According to the written test scores from high to low, interviewers will be determined in a ratio of 1:3.

(2) The interview focuses on examining the applicant’s professional quality, business level and comprehensive ability.

The interview time and location will be notified by phone 2 working days before the interview.

4. Comprehensive results.

The written test scores and interview scores will be included in the comprehensive score with a weight of 30% and 70% respectively.

5. Each applicant can only apply for one position. Anyone who violates this rule will be disqualified from this recruitment.

6. Personnel participating in open recruitment should be responsible for the information they fill in the registration form. Once the false information is verified, they will be disqualified from participating in this open recruitment and be blacklisted.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

Based on the comprehensive performance ranking, candidates for physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.

The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

Determine candidates for inspection based on the results of the physical examination.

(6) Publicity and related procedures

Personnel who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the Beijing Education and Research Network, and the publicity period is 7 working days.

After the publicity period expires, those who have no objections to the publicity or whose problems do not affect their employment should go through relevant procedures.
