Do American health workers have the right to consult other people's medical reports?

Health workers in the United States have no right to inquire about other people's medical reports. According to the Personal Information Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information. The medical examination report belongs to personal privacy information, and the staff must strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, and may not inquire about other people's medical examination reports without authorization.
