The channel in the port is from the pilot quarantine anchorage of Ishikawa Island to Mawei Wharf. There are 6 shoals in the channel, and 10,000-ton seagoing vessels can enter and leave the port by tidal waves, and 30,000-ton seagoing vessels can enter and leave the port by tidal waves.
The waterway from Mawei to Aofengzhou in Taijiang River (i.e. Beigang waterway) is 16.4km long, with a narrow river surface. Ships under10.5 million tons can take advantage of the tide, and ships with 5 million-10.0 million tons can directly berth at the dock or anchorage.
Huai 'an Bay Waterway (Nangang Waterway) is a seasonal navigable waterway. ① Minjiang Estuary Port Area:
There are five anchorages at the mouth of Minjiang River, namely, Luoxingta, Qian Ying, Choudong, Tingjiang and Hujiang, which are used for ship diversion, quarantine, berthing and loading and unloading. The bottom material of the anchorage is sand. At present, Tingjiang anchorage is mainly used. After the implementation of the planning of Minjiang Estuary Port Area, it is planned to open three new anchorages: Xiangyu Anchorage is located near Xiangyu at the downstream of Min 'an Canyon exit, which is used as a special anchorage for oil tankers and dangerous goods; Chang' an anchorage is located on the north side of the main channel downstream of Sha Ying; Guantou anchorage is located in the south of Guantou Town and the north of the main channel. The above three anchorages are anchored in the form of double pontoons. Qixing Reef Anchorage is located near Qixing Reef outside Minjiang Estuary, with poor shelter conditions. As the offshore anchorage of Minjiang Estuary, it is mainly used for large ships to wait for the tide. It is planned to expand the anchorage area to 6 square kilometers, which can anchor1~ 20,000-ton ships 15 ships.
② Panasonic Port Area:
The berthing, water diversion and quarantine anchorage of Panasonic Port Area is located in the southeast sea area of Dongluo Island, with an area of 3 square kilometers and a water depth of-12.8 ~- 14.5 meters, and can berth 6 ships of 30,000 tons. The anchorage of typhoon shelter is suggested in Xinghua Bay.
③ Jiangyin Port Area: The water diversion, quarantine anchorage and backup anchorage in Jiangyin Port Area are planned in the waters on the north and south sides of the approach channel, with an area of 4.3 square kilometers and 3.3 square kilometers respectively, and the water depth exceeds18m; The sheltered anchorage is planned to be located in the southeast of Niuyu Island in the bay, with an area of 5.9 square kilometers and a water depth of-15 ~-23 meters, and can park 50,000-ton ships 17 ships.
④ Luoyuan Bay Port Area:
The water diversion, berthing and quarantine anchorage of Luoyuan Bay Port Area is planned in the north waters outside the entrance, with an area of 5 square kilometers and a water depth of more than18m, which can anchor ships of over 30,000 tons. The ship's shelter was originally planned to be in the bays in the southern and northern waters of Yu Gang.
Fuzhou Port Master Plan Revision reporter recently learned from the municipal government that according to the revision plan of Fujian's three major ports determined by the Provincial Department of Transportation, our city has started the revision of Fuzhou Port Master Plan and plans to complete the first draft before the end of the year.
Our city plans to incorporate the planning of Ningde Port, Pingtan Port and Luojing Bay Port Jianjiang Operation Area into the overall planning of Fuzhou Port through the revision of the overall planning, and strive to make Ningde Port, Pingtan Port and Jianjiang Operation Area part of Fuzhou Port, the main coastal ports in China, and obtain the approval of the Ministry of Transport and the provincial government as soon as possible to realize the planning integration of Ningde Port and Fuzhou Port.
In order to speed up the port infrastructure construction of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone and promote the preliminary work of Pingtan 20,000-ton passenger and cargo ro-ro terminal, our city has also actively carried out the preparation of the special planning of Pingtan ro-ro terminal and the overall planning of Pingtan port area of Fuzhou Port, which has been completed and passed the examination of the Provincial Department of Transportation and submitted to the provincial government for approval. The examination and approval of the master plan of Jianjiang operation area in Luoyuan Bay Port Area of Fuzhou Port is being accelerated, and the preliminary work such as yacht planning in Luoyuan Bay Port Area and detailed regulatory planning in Matsushita Port Area has also been started.
At the same time, the construction of public infrastructure in Fuzhou Port is being further improved. At present, the Minjiang Estuary Waterway Deepening Project has passed the general acceptance of the project completion organized by the Provincial Department of Transportation. The waterway regulation project of Minjiang South Port is expected to complete dredging construction and trial voyage on the 25th of this month, and all the projects will be delivered for acceptance before the end of the year. Fuqing Bay deepwater channel project is expected to be completed by the end of the year; Panasonic breakwater project is scheduled to be completed and put into use in the first half of next year.
