According to the personnel transfer list issued by official website of Zhongshan Industrial and Commercial Bureau, in 2023, Sang was appointed as the president of Anxiang Chamber of Commerce in Zhongshan. Zhongshan, known as Xiangshan in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. It is located in the lower reaches of Xijiang River and Beijiang River in the south-central Pearl River Delta. It is one of the four prefecture-level cities without districts in China.
