Luoyang University Science Park is located in the west of jianxi district, Luoyang, and in the south of Luoyang Advanced Manufacturing Cluster. The planned scope starts from the Southwest Ring Expressway in the west, reaches Jianhe in the north, Qinling Road-Zhongzhou West Road-Wenguang Road-Qunan Road-Qinling East Road in the east and Sun Shi Road in the south, with a planned total land area of 886.35 hectares.
