To become a radio host, you must first pass an exam, that is, the Putonghua test. The announcer must obtain a first-class B certificate or above, a first-class A certificate for radio stations at or above the provincial level, and a second-class A certificate for district and county radio stations.

With the certificate of Putonghua, if you want to engage in broadcasting, you should also take the job certificate of announcer/host, except junior college students, who are in good health.
