This textbook is divided into 10 chapters, which can be roughly divided into four parts. The first part is chapter 1, which introduces the general problems of recruitment, mainly expounds the connotation, importance, reasons and requirements of recruitment and the factors affecting recruitment. The second part, from chapter 2 to chapter 6, mainly talks about the channels and methods of recruitment, with emphasis on written examination, interview and test. The third part is the seventh and eighth chapters, which mainly expounds the employment and assessment of personnel, and analyzes some problems existing in the employment and assessment of enterprises. The fourth part is Chapter 9, 10. On the basis of analyzing the recruitment of famous foreign enterprises and its characteristics, this paper discusses the existing problems and development trends of enterprise recruitment in China.
