Are Beicang Road and Xingfu Road of Handan Viaduct built?

According to the master plan of the fourth phase of Handan City, the plan of Beicang Road crossing Yuxin Street and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Overpass is Beicang Road crossing+Overpass, and the present elevation of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Freight Railway remains unchanged, while Beicang Road crossing Yuxin Street. A 22-meter-wide viaduct will be built along the Beicang Road viaduct, ranging from 220 meters west of Zhaoyuan West Street to 220 meters east of Xingfu Street. It is necessary to cross Zhaoyuan West Street, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Yuxin Street, Freight Railway and Xingfu Street to realize east-west rapid traffic. The plan has been approved by the municipal government.

The entrance and exit of Junlanyuan Community in Rong Sheng is located about150m west of Xingfu Street on Beicang Road, and the entrance and exit of the community are flush with Beicang Road.

Due to the large investment in Beicang Road overpass construction, it is necessary to combine the government's financial resources and urban construction planning to implement overpass construction.
