According to the 2014 Quzhou Municipal Public Institutions Public Recruitment Announcement Arrangement,
1. After the written examination, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will uniformly delineate the passing score line for the written examination. Candidates for the written examination will be selected for interviews based on the planned number of recruitment positions from high to low in a ratio of 1:3. If the number of shortlisted candidates for the recruitment position is less than the ratio of 1:3, the interview will be based on the actual number of candidates.
2. The interview for the municipal kindergarten teacher position consists of two parts: simulated class and professional skills operation (of which: simulated class accounts for 40%, and skill operation accounts for 60% to form the total interview score).
3. The interview at Quzhou Vocational and Technical College uses subject classroom teaching to examine the candidate’s teaching ability (including practical ability).
4. Other positions will be conducted according to structured interviews.
5. The full score for the interview is 100 points, and the score for passing the interview is 60 points. Those who fail the interview will not be included in the physical examination and examination candidates.
6. The interview proposition and interview organization work will be organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
