No. According to the official website of Zhengzhou Sias College, Zhengzhou Sias College was formerly known as Sias International College of Zhengzhou University and was founded in 1998. Sias International College of Zhengzhou University is a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution invested by Sias Group Corporation of the United States and cooperating with Zhengzhou University and Fort Hays State University in Kansas, USA. It is the first institution in Henan Province approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council to implement overseas doctoral programs. A full-time undergraduate institution with a bachelor's degree education cooperation project, it is also one of the first universities to pass the evaluation of Chinese-foreign cooperative education by the Chinese Ministry of Education. As of November 2022, the school has 1,367 full-time teachers and 386 external teachers (equivalent to 266 people). Among the full-time teachers, there are 21 professors and 371 associate professors.
