How to send Anheng’s offer?

1. First, Anheng’s recruitment team will communicate verbally with the candidates after the interview to inform them that they have been offered a position. After the verbal notification, Anheng will send a formal career offer letter to the candidates.

2. Secondly, if the candidate decides to accept Arnhem’s career offer, they need to confirm their acceptance of the position in writing, which is usually done by replying to an email or signing a formal career contract.

3. After the final candidate accepts the job offer and confirms it, Anheng will start the subsequent onboarding process, such as background investigation, contract signing, onboarding training, etc.
