In fact, there is no difference in welfare between contract system A and contract system, both of which are paid in full at the beginning. Only the contract system is PetroChina employees, and the contract system A is Changqing's own registered employees. There is no difference between the salary of Contract B and the salary of Contract A, except that the bonus starts at 30% and is taken away in four years. All three have the opportunity to share a house. There is no difference in the wages of labor contract workers. The monthly bonus is tens of yuan and hundreds of yuan, and there is nothing during the Chinese New Year. Socialized employment is paid by the day.

Put it in the labor contract. This is a long-term contract with no malicious clauses. Contract system A and B generally sign contracts once every five years. By the end of the third five years, an open-ended contract will be signed. The labor contract is signed once a year. Socialized employment has no contract and is a temporary agreement.

It can be seen that in the long run, the general contract system is five years, and there is no contract period. I haven't heard of it for ten years.

There is also salary. Changqing general salary 1500 to 3000 months, bonus around 2000. Old employees plus various subsidies, 6000 is already very high. The salary alone is more than 3000 at most. And your newcomer can have more than 2000 yuan, plus the subsidy of 4000 yuan is very high. Put it in a separate house, and it will be several years before you can rank it. But buying an old house is easier said than done.
