Friday: delegations from CNOOC units, including offshore operators, arrived in Dalian and our school in the afternoon. In the evening, a lecture will be held in the multifunctional lecture hall of the school. After the lecture, all units will queue up at the seats in front of the podium to receive students' resumes. After receiving the resume, the meeting ended. Our students go back to the dormitory, and each unit HR goes back to the hotel to screen resumes initially.

Saturday: From nine o'clock in the morning, the students learned from the teacher that our professional students are the key targets of recruitment because of their professional counterparts. The interview place is different from other majors. Each subordinate unit of CNOOC has set up a separate interview office in the hotel of the school, where students who submitted their resumes yesterday can go to see the interview notice. At the designated place, everyone consciously lined up in order to participate in the interview according to the list on the interview notice. The interview format is one student and three interviewers. After only one round of interviews, the person to be recruited was basically determined. Only a small number of students, although attracted by the interviewer, do not meet the recruitment requirements (such as party member, Band 6, hometown, etc.). ) in some ways, so they need to go another round and discuss it with each other.

Sunday: Early in the morning, the admitted students were told to sign the employment agreement. They went to another school at noon.

In short, the most important thing in the recruitment of such central enterprises is the hardware on the resume, including transcripts, various certificates, political outlook and so on. It does not play a decisive role in the interview.
