3. Four shifts. The employees are divided into four groups: A, B, C and D. Each group takes turns to work in the morning shift, middle shift, night shift and night shift, working for 6-8 hours every day, taking 65,438+0 hours off at noon and night, working five days a week and taking one day off every other week.
