(4) physical examination. Under the condition of the same academic qualifications, in the physical examination of the district station, it is sorted in the order of multiple complete qualifications, complete re-examination and basic re-examination.

(5) Willingness to join the army. Strong willingness to join the army, repeated registration and pre-job training, voluntary service in difficult areas or obedience to organizational distribution are preferred;

(6) Training results. Under the same conditions, pre-service education and training performed better, and the body and will were more suitable for priority military training and life.

The people's armed forces departments of provinces, military regions, counties, autonomous counties, cities and municipal districts are also military service organs of the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
