People’s Congress deputies in Fuxin were robbed

Zhang Shujuan is a deputy to the People’s Congress of Fuxin City and one of the top ten outstanding lawyers in Fuxin City in 2008. At about 11 o'clock on June 15, Zhang Shujuan withdrew 470,000 yuan from two banks in the city and returned to the newly renovated 200-square-meter office - the underground elevator entrance of "Rongda New Era Shopping Mall" in Fuxin City. Just when she pressed the elevator button to go upstairs, two robbers suddenly appeared from behind Zhang Shujuan and beat Zhang Shujuan on the back of the head. Zhang Shujuan fell at the entrance of the elevator. Because the elevator pinched Zhang Shujuan, the elevator couldn't work. People who wanted to go upstairs couldn't press the button. Around 11:30 that day, someone who was going upstairs pressed the elevator but still didn’t come up. At that time, I thought the elevator was too busy and didn’t pay much attention to it. However, almost an hour later, the elevator still didn’t come up, so the security guard went down to the underground parking lot. When I checked at the elevator entrance, I found a woman lying murdered at the entrance of the elevator. The victim had car keys in her hand.

The security immediately called the police and sent the woman to the public security hospital for rescue. "At that time, the woman had no money on her and all she could prove was her lawyer's certificate." said Gao Hongsheng, deputy director of the city's Haizhou Public Security Bureau.

The police integrated the clues provided by Zhang’s family, and through questioning her husband, they learned that Zhang Shujuan went to the bank to withdraw 470,000 yuan in cash that morning. From the back figure in the surveillance video and the clues obtained by the police, The suspects identified were Li and Dai from Huludao.

Two deputy directors of the Haizhou Public Security Bureau led more than 20 police officers to Huludao and Jinzhou to arrest Dai and Li. The two confessed that they had owed a large amount of foreign debt due to gambling in recent years, and they wanted to conspire to go to the bank to rob the depositors of huge sums of money.
