II. Assessment Grouping

3. Evaluation content

Based on the "Qinzhou City Demonstration Kindergarten Evaluation and Acceptance Standards" (revised), the main contents of the evaluation include kindergarten operating conditions and team building. 4 aspects: garden management and education level.

IV. Evaluation Procedure

(1) Listen to the kindergarten report and the introduction of the local government or relevant departments.

(2) Examine the children’s daily activities.

(3) Convene teacher symposiums and parent symposiums.

(4) On-site inspection of various kindergarten facilities and equipment and their usage.

(5) Check the archives and check the kindergarten system construction, kindergarten management and child care reform and development.

(6) Feedback on evaluation situation. The leader of the evaluation expert group will feedback the evaluation opinions on behalf of the evaluation team and conduct a workability evaluation of the evaluated kindergarten. The scores will not be announced and the evaluation conclusion of whether it is qualified or not will not be made.

(7) Submit rectification opinions. The evaluation experts will submit rectification opinions to our bureau within one week after the evaluation.

(8) Confirmation and licensing. The evaluation expert group will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the evaluation situation, select a list of qualified and unqualified kindergartens, and report it to our bureau for confirmation. Our bureau will publicize the kindergartens that have been confirmed to be qualified. If there is no objection to the publicity, the Qinzhou City Demonstration Kindergarten will be awarded a plaque.

V. Relevant matters

(1) Before the evaluation, each group leader shall organize an evaluation and deployment meeting to make arrangements for the group evaluation work. After the evaluation work is completed, each evaluation working group must submit the evaluation opinions and kindergarten evaluation materials to the Basic Education Department of our bureau within 5 working days. Each evaluation team must adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, carry out evaluation work seriously, and truly reflect the situation of kindergarten operations.

(2) Please ask the relevant county (district) education bureau to coordinate the evaluation arrangements, promptly notify the county (district) Yingping Kindergarten to make evaluation preparations and self-examination according to the evaluation requirements, and designate a A comrade serves as the liaison officer and takes the initiative to contact the corresponding evaluation team.

(3) Relevant units and evaluation teams in the counties (districts) undergoing evaluation must strictly implement the eight central regulations and arrange the evaluation work economically, concisely, cleanly and scientifically, and cannot affect normal work due to evaluation. education and teaching order.
