Regular five-star hotels are generally formal workers, and hourly hotels are generally not directly recruited. Some low-grade hotels are mainly recruited from labor service companies. After the unit gives the money to the labor service company, the labor service company will deduct part of your salary as a return and then send it to your hourly worker. Looking at the reality above, you can't get it.

Second, only formal work units can pay part of the money to the five insurance (social security) units, and individuals can deduct a small part of the money. It is very expensive to pay social security by yourself. Paying social security is very important. Even if you earn a high hourly wage and have no social security when you are sick, you can go to the hospital at your own expense.

So it's better to be a regular employee. If you work hard, you will have the opportunity to be promoted in the future. If you are promoted to foreman in the future, your salary will be very high. The head waiter may also be a supervisor in other small restaurants for several years. However, hourly workers have no promotion opportunities, annual leave, double pay and other hotel benefits.
