First, the introduction of objects and qualifications

(1) basic conditions

(2) It is not applicable under any of the following circumstances.

1. Staff of government agencies and institutions officially on duty in Zigui County;

2. Persons suspected of violating the law and discipline are under review, those who have been punished for violating the law and discipline, those who have been found to have serious violations of the law and discipline in the civil service recruitment and public recruitment examinations of public institutions, and those who have been listed as untrustworthy objects;

3. Active servicemen;

4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations that may not be employed as staff members of public institutions.

Third, introduce methods and steps

(1) Registration time and related requirements

The public introduction is conducted by means of on-site registration. Candidates will register at Room 502, 5th Floor, Health Bureau of Zigui County (Address: No.9 Changning Avenue, maoping town, Zigui County) from June 7th to June 8th. Fill in the Application Form for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Zigui County in 2022 (Annex 2) in advance, and provide electronic and paper documents of the application form 1 on site. Provide 1 original and photocopy of ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate and other relevant qualification certificates, and 2 recent 2-inch registration photos with bareheaded red background, with relevant education (graduates in 2022 hold the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education, and students studying abroad (border) must obtain the certification of China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education). The application materials shall be true and accurate. Those who provide false application materials, once verified, will be disqualified from public introduction. Applicants need to keep the phone open, and if there is any problem due to the change of phone number, the consequences will be at their own risk. Applicants can only choose one position to register, and multi-position registration is invalid.

(2) Qualification examination

Zigui County Health and Family Planning Bureau will conduct qualification examination for applicants in strict accordance with the post conditions determined in the introduction announcement, and those who pass the qualification examination will enter the interview.

(3) Interview

The interview was organized and implemented by Zigui County Health Bureau in accordance with the requirements of Yueshe Regulation [2065438+02] No.3 document. Take a structured interview, the interview results are calculated by removing a score and a minimum score and keeping two decimal places. Set the minimum qualified score of 80 points (including 80 points) for interview results. Those below the minimum qualified score line will not be introduced. If the interview results are tied, you will take the second interview on the day of the interview, and you will be determined to take the physical examination according to the second interview results from high to low.

The interview place and time will be announced separately.

(4) Physical examination

Among those who have passed the job interview, the physical examination personnel shall be determined according to the proportion of imported jobs of 1: 1 and the interview results from high to low, and the physical examination announcement shall be published on the portal website of Zigui County People's Government and the website of Zigui of Three Gorges. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (if there are industry requirements, the standards shall be implemented according to industry requirements). For pregnant candidates, please refer to the Reply on Relevant Issues Concerning Pregnant Candidates' Participation in Physical Examination (Guo Gong Kao Lu [2009] No.07). When there is a job vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abandonment of the introduction qualification, the interviewers who have reached the interview qualified score line will be replenished according to the interview results from high score to low score.

(5) Evaluation

The main contents of the assessment include: the county health and health bureau organized an assessment team to conduct an all-round inspection of its ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, and law-abiding. If the examinee fails or gives up automatically, it will be replenished from the interviewers who have reached the interview qualified score line from high score to low score according to the interview results.

(6) Qualification examination

The talent office of the county party Committee will organize a special class to review and determine the qualifications of the list of talents to be introduced.

(7) Publicity and employment

Applicants whose qualifications have been confirmed shall be publicized by the relevant departments on the website of Zigui County People's Government and the website of Zigui of Three Gorges for 7 working days. After the publicity, the County People's Social Security Bureau will handle the employment procedures for those who have no objection to the publicity, and the employing unit and the employing personnel will sign the employment contract of the institution and the minimum five-year service agreement. The probation period is one year, and those who have completed the probation period will go through the formalities of regularization and grading; Unqualified, terminate the employment relationship. The relevant wages and benefits of newly hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with state regulations. If there is a requirement for practice access, it shall obtain the corresponding qualification for practice access within three years from the date of practice. If it fails to be obtained on time, the employment relationship will be terminated after the expiration of three years.
