(seven) to organize the implementation and guidance of the city's public security organs to maintain road traffic safety, traffic order and vehicle and driver management.

(eight) to guide and supervise the public security organs of the city's public security work on state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions and key construction projects, as well as the public security work of mass public security organizations; To guide the construction of security organizations of organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, economic police and security forces.

(nine) to organize the implementation, guidance and supervision of the city's public information network security supervision.

(fifteen) to organize the city's public security science and technology work, and plan the construction of public security information technology, criminal technology and mobile technology.

(sixteen) the development of the city's public security organs equipment, equipment and funds and other police security standards and systems.
