Refers to those whose service experience meets one of the circumstances in Article 29 of the "Regulations on the Placement of Veterans Soldiers" and meets the conditions for work arranged by the government, or meets one of the circumstances of Article 23 of the "Regulations on the Relocation of Veterans Soldiers" and meets the conditions for employment or support arranged by the government. of.

6. Failure to report on time after retirement. Refers to those who fail to report to the competent department for the resettlement of retired soldiers of the county-level people's government at the place of resettlement within 30 days from the date of being approved to retire from active service in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the "Regulations on the Resettlement of Retired Soldiers" with the certificate of withdrawal from active service and a letter of introduction.

7. Due to force majeure factors such as national or provincial reform and adjustment of public institutions, the relevant positions are no longer suitable for employment and cannot be adjusted. Refers to job changes caused by non-employed personnel factors such as reform and adjustment of public institutions (such as the cancellation of the original position, the withdrawal and merger of the original unit, etc.), and cannot be adjusted. Among them, the adjustment method for those who are still required to join the job is:

First, the recruiting unit is responsible for the adjustment within the unit; if the original recruiting unit is withdrawn and merged, the new unit after the merger of the original recruiting unit shall be adjusted within the unit. 8. No longer meet the recruitment requirements of public institutions due to changes in personal circumstances. Refers to those who lose the ability to perform the job originally applied for due to personal physical disability, mental disorder, etc., and shall be determined after the employer evaluates the job qualifications in accordance with laws and regulations.
