Announcement on open recruitment and selection of staff for public institutions in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City in the first half of 2014

In order to meet the needs of some public institutions, according to the "Open Recruitment of Personnel for Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province" Interim Measures" (Zherencairen [2007] No. 184), "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening Open Recruitment in Public Institutions" (Zherenshefa [2012] No. 194) and "Shaoxing County Public Institutions Staff Recruitment and Mobility Management Measures" "(County Party Committee Office [2013] No. 9) document spirit, combined with the actual personnel needs of some public institutions in our district, and after research and decision, open recruitment and selection of staff of some public institutions will be open to the public. The relevant recruitment matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment and selection plan

The district plans to recruit and select 87 staff members of public institutions, including: 76 public institutions plan to recruit, Select 11 people.

2. Nature of the Recruited Personnel

Newly recruited staff members shall be formal staff of Keqiao District government agencies and public institutions, and shall be subject to probation management. If the newly hired staff of public institutions are graduates of colleges and technical secondary schools, the probation period is 6 months; if the newly hired staff of public institutions are fresh graduates of colleges and technical secondary schools, the probation period is 1 year. The probation period (trainee period) is included in the term of the employment contract. Only those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period (trainee period) can obtain formal employment qualifications. Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified.

3. Scope, objects and conditions of recruitment and selection

In addition to the original Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Public Institutions" and "Zhejiang Province Public Recruitment of Public Institutions," In addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Interim Measures for Personnel, you must also meet the qualifications required for the position you apply for.

4. Methods and procedures for recruitment and selection

Online registration will be adopted, and on-site registration will no longer be organized.
