In 2022, Changzhi People's Hospital introduced urgently needed high-level talents. Changzhi People's Hospital was founded in 19 15, and has now developed into the largest third-class first-class general hospital in the city integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, preventive health care, occupational disease prevention and emergency rescue of public health emergencies. It is the construction unit of Shanxi Regional Medical Center, the non-directly affiliated hospital of Changzhi Medical College, the standardized training base for residents in Shanxi Province, the Changzhi Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Institute, the joint training base for master students, and the national drug clinical trial (GCP) base. (2) Registration method

Graduate students take structured interviews and professional defense, focusing on the comprehensive quality of candidates (including analysis and understanding, logical thinking, improvisation, language expression, organization and coordination) and the ability to comprehensively use professional knowledge to solve practical problems in work. The interview and professional defense time of each candidate is 10 minutes, and the score is 100%.

2. Scoring method

The final score of each candidate is calculated as follows: remove a highest score and a lowest score, add the remaining scores and divide them by the number of effective examiners to get the average score (keep two decimal places). The passing line of the total score of the exam is 60 points, and those with a total score lower than 60 points are not allowed to enter the next link. If the actual number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number of positions, that is, the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of positions is less than 3: 1, the total score of candidates must reach 70 or above. If the results are tied, they will be interviewed according to the corresponding positions, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination.
