4. Registration time and location:

3. The following materials should be brought when registering:

(1) Graduates should provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate, recommendation form, ID card, household registration certificate ( (certified by the police station where the applicant is registered), a professional and technical qualification certificate, an original and a copy of the unit's consent to apply; three recent 1-inch full-face photos without a hat; and pay the registration fee of 80 yuan. 5. Examination method, procedure, time and location

1. Examination method: According to the position classification, the examination will take the form of a written test or a combination of written test and interview. That is: ① Those who apply for professional and technical positions in medical and health units and psychiatric sanatoriums (excluding financial and physical and chemical inspection positions) shall take a written test, and the written test score is 100%; ② Those who apply for the county land acquisition and storage center, county project center, county environmental monitoring station, The financial and physical and chemical inspection positions in the county medical insurance center and medical and health units adopt a combination of written examination and interview. The written examination score accounts for 60% and the interview score accounts for 40%. The assignment and marking of examination papers are entrusted to higher-level institutions.

(1) Written test content:

a. Examination of clinical medicine, medical ethics, and health laws and regulations when applying for positions in clinical medicine (including traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine);

b. To apply for nursing and midwifery positions, take exams in nursing, nursing ethics, and health laws and regulations;

c. To apply for preventive medicine, acupuncture and massage, anesthesia, clinical testing, and Western medicine, Test basic medical knowledge, medical ethics, and health laws and regulations for positions in Western medicine, Chinese medicine, radiology, B-ultrasound, dentistry, and facial features;

The qualifying score is 60 points for undergraduates and 55 points for colleges and technical secondary schools.

(2) Interview: Recruitment will be based on written test scores from high to low. For quota, candidates will be recommended for interview in a ratio of 1:3. The scope of the interview includes understanding of the position applied for, ability to analyze and solve problems, language expression ability, logical thinking ability, adaptability and thinking ability, organizational coordination ability, appearance and professional knowledge, etc. The qualifying mark for basically meeting the job requirements is 60 points. 2. Physical examination: Those who pass the written test or written test and interview will be organized by the County Personnel Bureau, Health Bureau, and Supervision Bureau on a 1:1 basis to go to a hospital at or above the county level for a physical examination. The physical examination standards refer to the Ministry of Personnel, The "General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" promulgated by the Ministry of Health shall be implemented. 3. Assessment: Those who pass the written examination, interview, and physical examination will be listed as assessment objects. 6. Admission Methods

1. Based on the written test and the total scores of the written test and interview, as well as the results of the physical examination and assessment, applicants will be admitted in order from high scores to low scores according to the applicant unit and job category, until Full. If there are vacancies, qualified candidates from the same academic level and the same category can be used for admission, and admission will still be based on the highest score to the lowest score. If the application scores for individual positions do not reach the qualifying line and the recruitment positions do not meet the recruitment plan, the county personnel bureau and relevant departments will study and lower the qualifying line appropriately, starting from the highest score to the lowest score. Those who do not obey the adjustment will be deemed to have given up automatically.

2. After deciding on the candidates to be recruited, publish the list on the "Hui'an Personnel and Talent Website" (www.harc.gov.cn) and the government bulletin board, and accept the supervision of people from all walks of life.

If the announcement does not affect the employment, the recruitment procedures will be handled in accordance with the personnel management authority after being submitted to the county party committee and county government for review and approval. 3. According to the requirements of the Provincial People's Government's relevant documents on the reform of the personnel system of public institutions, all personnel shall implement the employment system and sign an employment contract.
