Second, the interview method, content and requirements

The interview takes the form of a lecture. Each candidate gives the examiner a lecture 15 minutes, and the preparation time is 2 hours.

The content of the lecture is the current compulsory textbook for the fifth grade (language: published by People's Education Publishing House, edited by Cui Luan Kuaifudi; Mathematics: Jiangsu Phoenix Education Publishing House, editor-in-chief: Sun and Wang Lin; Music: People's Music Publishing House, edited by Wu Bin; Art: People's Fine Arts Publishing House, editor-in-chief: Chang Ruilun Ou Jinghai), and physical education class's content is the current compulsory textbook for grades three to four (People's Education Publishing House, editor-in-chief: Geng Peixin).

Third, the interview results

The interview adopts a percentage system. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number of planned recruits, it is not competitive. Candidates must achieve a comprehensive score of 60 or above before entering the physical examination.

Fourth, determine the medical staff.

After the interview, the positions are sorted from high to low according to the total score (total score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%), and the candidates who enter the physical examination are determined in equal amounts. If the total score is tied, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the written test results; If the written test scores are still the same, an additional test interview will be conducted, and the candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the level of the additional test scores.
