Loutang Village, Jiading Industrial Zone, Jiading District, is located in the center of the original Loutang Town, surrounded by the town on all sides, and adjacent to Hengli River and Loudong in the east. The village and Cao'an Village are connected, facing Jinghe Village to the south, Louxi Village to the west, and Sanli Village to the north. Jiatang Highway and Baoqian Highway run through the whole village. The total area of ??the village is 2 square kilometers. At the beginning of liberation, the People's Government of Loutang Town was established, with four subdistricts under it. In 1955, during the agricultural cooperatization movement, three agricultural production cooperatives, namely Advance 1, 2 and 3, were established.
