The problem of the maintenance fund of the house itself

Ontology maintenance fund is a reserve fund for medium and overhaul of commercial housing stipulated in the Property Management Regulations. Has the following characteristics:

1. After completion, part of it will be provided by the developer, and then paid by all owners on a monthly basis. Different from the management fee, it is a special fund, which is stored in a special account and supervised by the competent department. This fund belongs to all owners, not to the property management company.

2. It can only be used for medium repair and overhaul of public parts. Private property and minor repairs are not allowed.

3. The use of the property management company shall be approved by the owners' assembly or the owners' committee.
