Can property managers sign contracts with their children if they are over age?

Over-aged property managers cannot sign contracts with their children. Property personnel over the statutory retirement age are usually not allowed to continue working as workers. When the laborer reaches the legal retirement age, the labor contract is terminated. They can choose to enjoy the corresponding retirement benefits, or they can voluntarily negotiate with their units to continue their work. Signing a contract with children in the form of a labor contract violates relevant laws and regulations.
