I paid the property fee for half a year in advance, but the property said no. How can I protect my rights?

If the owner has paid the property fee for half a year in advance, but the owner claims that he has not received it, the owner can defend his rights in the following ways:

Negotiation with the owner: firstly, you can communicate and negotiate with the owner, provide evidence such as payment vouchers, and ask the owner to verify the accounts to find out whether the money has arrived.

Seek the help of the owners' committee: If negotiation with the owners fails, you can report the situation to the owners' committee and ask them to help solve the problem.

Complain to the property service enterprise association: If the owner violates the rules, he can complain to the local property service enterprise association and ask it to mediate or handle it.

Sue to the people's court: If the above methods fail to solve the problem, you can sue to the people's court and ask the property owner to acknowledge the receipt of the money and refund the corresponding expenses.
