How to complain about water and power outages during the epidemic?

During the epidemic, if water and electricity are cut off, you can complain to the local real estate administrative department. If the property is cut off from water and electricity without justifiable reasons, the owner can settle the dispute by filing a lawsuit. First of all, the owner can report the situation to the water supply company and the power supply company and ask for the restoration of water supply and power supply. In fact, as long as the water and electricity bills are paid on time, the power supply company of other people's water supply companies will generally not let the property take such measures for you. Moreover, even if people want to take such measures against you, they have to follow the procedure. If the property management company fails to follow the procedures of the relevant departments, it is still unreasonable, and the relevant owners can claim compensation. Secondly, if the problem is not solved after the coordination of the water supply and power supply company, you can complain to the real estate administrative department at or above the county level and ask for the restoration of water supply and power supply. For example, go to the property office of the Housing Authority at or above the county level to complain. Finally, if the problem is not finally solved, then at this time, the owner can collect information and bring a lawsuit to the court, demanding that the water supply and power supply be restored and compensate the corresponding losses.
