Difference between site use fee and rental fee

Site use fee and rental fee are different types of fees. Site use fee refers to the cost that an enterprise needs to pay when using a certain site for business activities, which is usually collected by a property management company or property right unit, including daily management and maintenance fees.

Lease fee refers to the expenses that need to be paid for occupying part of the site or equipment through lease, such as renting offices, warehouses and other facilities. Lease fees are usually signed in the form of contracts, including terms such as lease term, rent and deposit.
