Does the residential property issue a certificate of temporary residence permit?

The residence permit is proof that I live in this city. Generally, when renting a house or a temporary residence permit, the residential property company can't apply. I have to go to the local village Committee or neighborhood Committee to apply for the relevant residence certificate, because the property company has no right to do so.

Legal analysis

The residence certificate is divided into the residence certificate of local hukou and the residence certificate of foreign hukou holders, and different certificates are issued in different ways. You need to go to the neighborhood Committee or village Committee to apply for a residence permit. Find the village party secretary of the village Committee in the rural hukou, and ask the village party secretary to issue a certificate, the main contents of which are identity certificate, residence, signature of the village party secretary, and then stamp the official seal of the village. Find the director of the neighborhood Committee in the urban hukou, and ask the director of the neighborhood Committee to issue a certificate. The main contents are identity certificate, residence, signature of the director of the neighborhood Committee, and then affix the official seal of the neighborhood Committee. Residence permit is an attempt made by some developed cities in China to learn from the "green card" system of developed countries, which has accumulated experience for China to formulate skilled migration measures and eventually form the national "green card" system of China. Holders of residence permits can enjoy the treatment of local residents. Therefore, the residence permit is handled in the neighborhood Committee or village Committee. Relatively speaking, the local household registration can handle the relevant certificates only by taking the household registration book, while the foreign population is relatively troublesome to handle and needs to provide other relevant certificates.
