Property consultant is a challenging industry, and it is also a lifelong industry. In the real estate industry, the mainland started late, so we must plan our life well.

In terms of income, enterprises in the Pearl River Delta are generally not good. Zhongtian real estate is a typical problem these two days. The enterprises there are represented by Chuanghui Rental, Full House and Zhongtian Real Estate. They are crazy about opening stores, do not pay attention to improving the ability of employees, and the source of funds for opening stores is opaque and the treatment is extremely low. The managers of these companies, even their superiors, have improved rapidly and their abilities are not very strong, which is obviously different from those of other mature companies.

A number of enterprises, represented by Zhongyuan, 2 1 century, Hefei, Xinyi and Taiqing, all pay attention to cultivating employees' ability. They have worked in these stores for more than a year. As long as they work hard, their career development will not be a problem.

Salary and treatment, the Yangtze River Delta enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises are generally 1300- 1500 January basic salary+commission, and the Pearl River Delta enterprises are 1000 January+commission. Enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta generally have nothing except comprehensive insurance, Taiwan-funded enterprises and commercial comprehensive insurance (all colds can be reimbursed).

This industry can develop as long as it persists. Three suggestions

1: You don't need long-term planning to get a high commission. You can go to Zhongyuan, 2 1 century, Hefu, Hanyu and Midland Property.

2. I want to learn systematically, lay a good foundation in the initial stage, and go to Taiwan-funded enterprises such as Xinyi and Taiqing.

3. I want to learn how to expand quickly and fully exploit employees, but enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, such as Chuanghui and renting and selling, are all successful examples.

The basic salary of the industry plus commission (generally 10%-30%) is 50% for small companies.
