Therefore, on the way home, we must strictly protect ourselves, abide by relevant epidemic prevention regulations, and minimize the risk of epidemic situation. In order to fully protect everyone's health and safety, the Muping District Committee of Yantai City of the Communist Youth League issued the following initiatives and tips.

1. Reporting requirements for returned cigarettes. Returnees outside Yantai should be reported three days in advance, which can be reported through the "Yantai Reporting" applet, or you can call the property or community to inform the itinerary, arrival time and destination in time.

2, home isolation, centralized isolation policy. Except for a few areas with serious epidemic situation, areas at risk of epidemic situation need to be isolated at home for 5 days after returning, during which nucleic acid detection will be carried out on 1, 3, 5, and some areas need to be isolated at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on 1, 3, 5 and 7 respectively. For those who have lived in the normalized area outside the city, they must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate when coming to smoke or returning to smoke, and implement "landing inspection" and "three inspections in five days".

3. Specific requirements for family isolation. Home isolation should live alone or in a single room, use a separate bathroom, do personal protection, and minimize contact with other family members; During this period, my roommate and I are not allowed to go out and refuse all visits. Nucleic acid detection is carried out by on-site sampling by staff, and sampling outside is not allowed. Those who do not have home isolation conditions will be isolated centrally.

4. Relevant laws and regulations. Failing to immediately report suspected symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, sore throat and vomiting, and refusing to accept quarantine, compulsory isolation or treatment without justifiable reasons; In isolation points, closed control areas, control areas, temporary control areas and other key risk areas, those who fail to comply with epidemic prevention regulations, illegally gather, visit households, go out privately, and deliver articles, in violation of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, shall be given administrative punishment by the public security organs according to law; If the spread of novel coronavirus is caused or there is a serious risk of spread, which constitutes a crime of obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the judicial organs shall investigate the criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of Article 330th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

5. Actively participate in voluntary service. I hope that after returning to Muping, all students will actively study and publicize epidemic prevention and control policies and knowledge, and guide people around them to continuously improve their awareness of protection.
