1, application
The owner of the elevator or the elevator management unit entrusted by him holds a general meeting of owners. 2. Acceptance confirmation

3. Safety certificate

5. Programme review
Programme review. Led by the neighborhood office, organize the elevator property owner and the departments of construction, finance, land and housing management, quality supervision, etc. in the county where it is located, and review whether the "Three No Old Residential Elevator Renovation and Renewal Scheme" meets the requirements of eliminating potential safety hazards and the rationality of investment. The final plan determined after the review shall be publicized in the obvious position of the building involved, and the publicity time shall not be less than 3 days.
