The real estate license of Shiquan Xiao Chun has been done, but it is clear that "the rental house of the unit shall not be divided for real estate license, and it shall not be transferred separately or registered for real estate transfer except for the collective disposal of the assets of the unit". Therefore, the house in Shiquan Xiao Chun cannot be bought or sold.
