How does the joint defense and control mechanism work?

The experience of joint prevention and control mechanism can be summarized by three key words: joint, cooperation and openness.

As the organizational guarantee for maintaining and promoting the normal development of the departmental linkage system, joint defense and joint control is coordinated by the State Council, led by the competent department and coordinated by other departments, which helps to break down departmental barriers, taking into account the professionalism of industry management and the cross-disciplinary nature of governance objects.
