Since I took over the work of the safety management department in May 2005, I have been strict with myself, and I must bring the safety management team well, do my job well and do my own thing well. This is a question I ask myself and other members of the safety management team. My goal is to turn this team into a well-trained and disciplined security team.

Under my leadership, the safety management department can complete the tasks assigned by the company well, and now it is moving towards a standardized safety team. During this period, we have completed the guard work in the commercial and residential building of the farmers' market, the aluminum alloy window in the comprehensive market 1-5 building, the green seedlings in the county government square, the night guard work in the sales department and the technical center, the aluminum alloy guard work in the Zhu Xiang community 1 building and the No.3 building, the night guard work in the company office, and the property management and security service work in the Zhu Xiang community now.

In the evening, I personally guard the company office, eat in a small restaurant near the company, live in the company office and take the company as my home. Under the protection of the commercial and residential building of the farmer's market and the comprehensive market 1-5 building, the safety management department ensured that no safety accidents such as loss and theft occurred; The guardian of greening seedlings in the county government square also arranged personnel to patrol on duty 24 hours a day, which eliminated all kinds of interference in time, safeguarded the interests of the company and paved the way for the smooth progress and timely completion of greening construction; The night guards in the sales department and the technical center also ensure that there are no safety accidents such as loss and theft.

This achievement is mainly attributed to all the former and current security guards, who are conscientious in their posts, and I just guide, supervise and inspect their work. As we all know, security work is a very hard job, with long working hours and frequent night shifts, which easily leads to misunderstanding, giving people the feeling that one station a day, nothing to walk around, nothing to do, and a month's salary to take care of. In fact, they are escorting other work smoothly. Whether it is windy, rainy or snowy, they stick to their posts. Although there are also some phenomena of not doing their duty, they are very few and cannot hide their work achievements. Because of the different nature of work, security also has many difficulties; Because this is a service job, many people don't understand it at first, and they can't cooperate with the security work. They think the security guards are meddling. In fact, this is their job responsibility, and they are protecting the interests of the company. When other employees go home from work to sleep, it is the security guard who guards the fruits of their day's work at night, especially during the greening construction of the county government square. There are many kinds of precious trees, and each tree is very valuable, ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of yuan. No one feels comfortable there. It's our security guard, patrolling and checking back and forth in the dark at night, wrapped in a coat, braving the cold and snow, and ensuring that no seedlings are lost.

Now our main task is the property security service of Zhu Xiang community. Implement 24-hour security service for the community, strictly manage the security team, dressing the, unify training, unify living in the community, and conduct training and study on property management security service for all security guards. So far, they have mastered the work content of property security, corrected their service attitude and tightened the security discipline. Through daily morning exercises, most security guards can master and use basic military actions, which plays a great role in enhancing the image of security guards.

The security system of the community has been put into use, which has brought great convenience to our security work. With these systems, we can better serve the community owners. The intelligent management system has been installed and debugged, and is now in trial operation. Closed-circuit television monitoring system has been able to monitor the No.3 building in the residential area in all directions, and the intelligent electronic patrol system has also been put into use. After this period of study and practical operation, I have been able to master the use of the system and the use of electronic patrol software. The next step is to do a good job of handover with the personnel on duty in the monitoring room, so that everyone can skillfully operate the equipment in the monitoring room, so that these equipment can play the greatest role and truly serve the owners.

In order to better grasp the work of the department and supervise the implementation of all the work, I inspect and supervise the work of security guards from time to time, and correct the problems in time when found. For those whose working methods are wrong, guide them to improve their working methods, or discuss better working methods with you through study; Those who leave their posts without permission and disobey management shall be criticized and educated, and given certain punishment and dismissal. Through words and deeds, starting from ourselves, strict requirements, strict management and strict training, we have achieved results. Compared with the past, the current security team has changed a lot, with stronger sense of group, time, responsibility and easier management.
