The joint venture company, jointly invested by Prologis and Suzhou Logistics Center, was established in 2004 with a total planned area of 3 square kilometers and a property of 405,000 square meters, serving more than 40 well-known customers at home and abroad.

Suzhou Prologis Logistics Park is the first logistics park established after Prologis entered China. In April 2004, Prologis signed a joint venture agreement with Suzhou Logistics Center Co., Ltd. to jointly develop and manage the project. Prologis (Suzhou) Logistics Park, as the only logistics park in Suzhou Industrial Park, has a total investment of 300 million US dollars and plans to develop 3 square kilometers. At present, 330,000 square meters of international standard logistics distribution facilities have been built, attracting more than 30 well-known logistics enterprises, manufacturers and retailers at home and abroad.
