When will Shangshadong Village in Shenzhen be demolished?

Shenzhen Shangshadong Village was demolished in February 2022. Zhongzhou Binhai Huafu was originally the urban renewal unit of Shangsha Village, and 20 13 was formally incorporated into the old renovation process. The project covers a total area of 97,000 ㎡, with a total construction area of about 1.26 million ㎡. It is a combination of seascape residence, serviced apartment, office building, hotel, 1.6 million square meters of centralized business and commercial street.
