In violation of these regulations, according to the provisions of Article 60 of the new Fire Protection Law, if a unit violates the provisions of this law, it shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined between 5,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan; if an individual violates these regulations, it shall be given a warning or fined between 500 yuan.
