Luojia Creative Park of Wuhan University now invites college students' entrepreneurial teams and various creative enterprises (units) to join Luojia Creative Park of Wuhan University and settle in the Central Creative Building. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

First, college students' entrepreneurial base

1. Application conditions and requirements:

Students who are interested in joining Luojia Creative Park of Wuhan University and graduates within five years after graduation (after 20 10), or entrepreneurial teams and start-ups with the above-mentioned personnel as the main partners (industrial and commercial registration after 20 12); The following are collectively referred to as college entrepreneurs.

According to the requirements of college students' entrepreneurship base, after the successful application, industrial and commercial registration should be handled in Hongshan District Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Wuhan within six months after entering the base, and the registered address of industrial and commercial registration should be changed to Creative Building in the middle of the street crossing in Hongshan District of Wuhan within six months after entering the base. The incubation time in this base is generally not more than five years.

3. Timetable:

(1) Luojia Creative Park accepts applications for joining for a long time, which will be reviewed every six months to one year according to the actual situation, and the specific time will be notified at that time.

4. Preferential policies:

(1) College Students' Entrepreneurship Base is located on the 7th floor of Central Creative Building12-/kloc-0. The 12 floor will be equipped with various meeting rooms and lecture halls as supporting facilities for the public. Other areas will be uniformly decorated and equipped with necessary furniture for the use of college entrepreneurs.

(2) College entrepreneurs can apply for the use of various entrepreneurial units with a building area of 20-50 square meters in this base, and the rent is free in the first year and halved in the second to fourth years. (4) Enjoy the relevant policy support for college students' entrepreneurship in Hubei, Wuhan and Hongshan.

(5) The "Winning at the Starting Point" Creative Enterprise Future Star Selection Competition co-sponsored by Luojia Creative Park Management Committee, Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and Hubei Federation of Students, and the top three winners of other national and provincial creative entrepreneurship competitions, who want to join Luojia Creative Park to start a business, can be exempted from paying three years' rent.

(6) Excellent creative works and products will be regularly displayed and publicized in the Central Creative Building.

(7) Luojia Creative Park provides more than 20 entrepreneurial services such as entrepreneurial tutors, entrepreneurial training, asset evaluation, and declaration of scientific and technological projects free of charge.

(8) The content and duration of this preferential policy will be adjusted according to the changes of national policies.

Second, the creative enterprise (unit) office area

1. Applicant:

(1) Creative enterprises: culture and art, press and publication, radio and television, movies, software, network and computer services, advertising exhibitions, art trade, design services, tourism, etc.

(2) Other auxiliary institutions: accounting firms, law firms and investment institutions.

(3) Creative industry associations, creative research institutions, etc. ;

(4) Personal creative studio, etc.

2. Application and approval procedures

(1) Download Attachment 2 "Application Form for Joining Luojia Creative Park of Wuhan University" (office area of creative enterprise unit);

(2) Stamp the project introduction, enterprise ID card, industrial and commercial business license, tax registration certificate, university work permit or Wuhan University diploma, and the completed Annex 2 with official seals, and mail or send them to Wuhan Wuda Education Development Co., Ltd. before 20 14 12 3 1;

(3) The management committee office of Luojia Creative Park organized experts to review according to the layout plan, and the review results were publicized on the websites of Luojia Creative Park of Wuhan University and Wuhan Wuda Education Development Co., Ltd. for 7 days;

(4) After the end of the publicity period/within 0/5 days of Kloc-0, please bring the legal representative's ID card, power of attorney and my ID card, a copy of business license, a copy of tax registration certificate, a university work permit or the original graduation certificate of Wuhan University to the administrative office of Wuhan University Luojia Creative Park to sign the Joining Agreement of Wuhan University Luojia Creative Park and the Lease Contract of Central Creative Building with Wuhan Wuda Education Development Co., Ltd.;

(5) Within 2 months after the signing of the agreement, all contractors will enter the site for decoration, and the decoration will be completed within 20 1 May1day;

3. Preferential policies:

(1) Enjoy the relevant preferential policies of Wuhan and Hongshan District to support the development of creative industries;

(2) A start-up enterprise whose legal representative or main partner is a university teacher (registered for industrial and commercial registration within three years, that is, after May 20 12), with a rent of 20%; Teachers of Wuhan University, on this basis, offer10%; (Note: It is estimated that the monthly rent will increase or decrease according to the floor and location. From 70 yuan/square meter, the property service fee is about 15 yuan/square meter per month; Property service fees, water, electricity and air conditioning fees shall be settled according to the facts)

(3) A startup enterprise whose legal representative or main partner is an alumnus of Wuhan University (registered for industrial and commercial registration within three years, that is, after May 20 12), with a rent concession of 20%;

(4) According to the application area, decoration budget and actual needs, a lease contract of 2-5 years can be signed;

(5) Excellent creative works and products will be regularly displayed and publicized in the Central Creative Building;

(six) for creative enterprises that have been approved to provide internship training bases for college students or cultivate outstanding entrepreneurial performance of college students, rent reduction and exemption.

(7) The content and duration of this preferential policy will be adjusted according to the changes of national policies.

4. Others:
